• Age - only enough to work out the age category of the athlete.
• Notes - general information supplied by you; this may include health conditions and other personal data.

Contacts

• Name
• Email - only required if accompanying athletes to a competition.
• Telephone - only required if accompanying athletes to a competition.

Clubs

• Name
• Address - communication and billing, if different.
• Telephone
• Type - whether school or rowing club.
